However, human error can’t be underrated. In a rare case where a customer gets the wrong order e.g style, color or length, We offer exchange, provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached:

* Orders are still in good condition and must be returned in the original packaging and lace uncut

* All returns/exchanges must be made within 24-72 hours of recorded receipt.

Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. No exchange of products with a lesser or higher value. Whenever mistake is from our end, we’ll take full responsibility for the returns shipping fee
