You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number that is provided via email once your goods have been dispatched. However, all our wigs go through our quality control team, this can take a day or two and if the quality doesn’t meet our standard, it will not be ship out but customers will be duely informed. We aim to meet the delivery time stated, however during busy periods, deliveries may take longer than usual. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
