All of our braided wigs ship from Nigeria via DHL, only on rare cases we ship from USA via USPS. All orders are processed within 21working days in Nigeria (weekends and holiday not included) and up to 32 working during peak period. We try our best to ship out most orders before due date provided it meet our quality standard and approved by our quality control team for shipping. We understand not everyone can wait that long, hence, we provide alternative on our “Ready To Ship” section which we ship out within 1 to 5 business days and delivery varies between 3-7days within the Europe and America. Please Note that during holidays or Sales, this time may vary. Items shipping out side Nigeria may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Mai Braided Wigs.
No, we do not accept Return or Refund in cases like this.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We make high quality braided wigs here at Maibraidedwig Company and we guarantee customers 100% satisfaction for all our products, we’re fully convinced you’ll get and like exactly what you ordered. However, human error can’t be underrated. In a rare case where a customer gets the wrong order e.g style, color or length, We offer exchange, provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached:
- Orders are still in good condition and must be returned in the original packaging and lace uncut
- All returns/exchanges must be made within 24-72 hours of recorded receipt.
- Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. No exchange of products with a lesser or higher value. Whenever mistake is from our end, we’ll take full responsibility for the returns shipping fee
- Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Within 21 working days of ordering your wig, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment with your waybill number by visiting www.dhl.com.
This applies to customers or wholesalers that ordered more than 3kg wigs, your item may be shipped separately in two packages either to safely ship the item, get items to arrive faster, or base on availability, etc. However do not worry, you were not double billed or received a wrong order. We will ship this way from time to time at our own discretion and this is usually for your benefit. It will not affect your shipping estimate in anyway unless we notify you otherwise.
