Nigerian Standard Delivery

  • Construction of your unit starts 48 hours after purchase. Your orders cannot be changed after that; all sales are final.
    Standard Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 2-3 working days from the moment your order is shipped.It will take 2-3weeks for the wig to be made.We do not accept Express Service as all wigs must be carefully and neatly made to ensure quality
    Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday ,Sunday and Public Holidays).
  • Standard Delivery is #1000
  • Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • A signature may be required on receipt.
  • If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery message.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY/DHL

International Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 5-7 working days from the moment your order has been dispatched.

Construction of your unit starts 48 hours after purchase. Your orders cannot be changed after that; all sales are final.

It will take 21 working days for the wig to be made. We do not accept Express Service as all wigs must be carefully and neatly made to ensure quality

International Delivery costs #12,500 ($35) from 1 to 2kg
Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Our couriers deliver during normal business hours.A signature may be required upon receipt.
  • Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient.We’re not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
  • If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
  • Please note that orders will not be delivered on any public holiday dates in your country. On these occasions delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.

UNDELIVERED ORDER

You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number that is provided via email once your goods have been dispatched. However, all our wigs go through our quality control team, this can take a day or two and if the quality doesn’t meet our standard, it will not be ship out but customers will be duely informed. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order please email us at info@maibraidedwigs.com

We aim to meet the delivery time stated, however during busy periods, deliveries may take longer than usual. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
